The apartment is located in a typical multi-family residential building, just two blocks from the iconic Quiosco Morisco. Central to the design was the need to introduce light and warmth into the space through simple geometry and neutral tones, complemented by the discovery of various original elements revealed when stripping excessive layers of finish, noteworthy of architectural and historical merit.
