Situated on the city’s periphery, this revitalization project involves a comprehensive masterplan for a hotel and events venue centered on the sensitive restoration of its original structures. New architectural volumes are strategically integrated into a restored ecological context, designed to blur the boundaries between the built environment and a landscape of reintroduced native species. The site also functions as an active watershed for seasonal rainwater harvesting utilizing a raw material palette that celebrates the tactile honesty local materials mixed with bespoke artisanal details.
