CASA PALMETA

The project's guiding principle was the preservation of the original dwelling's intrinsic character, a structure whose origins trace back to the 1940s. Particular care was devoted to safeguarding the central courtyard and its commanding mamey tree, focal point of the spatial experience. The two flanking volumes extend and enrich the architectural program, collectively fostering an atmosphere where the warmth of an eclectic bar converges with an evocative tropical sensibility.
