POPS DELI

Situated at the edge of downtown Tulum, this project represents the third venture for the group behind Asian Bodega and El Bodegón. The concept reimagines the traditional delicatessen through a minimal, raw, industrial spatial identity organized through a longitudinal axis, maximizing the site’s depth which culminates in a lush garden softening the transition from the interior.
